Meet the Team:Craig Cavanagh

Meet our Gladstone-based Financial Adviser, Craig Cavanagh. Craig shares his perspectives on financial planning in an interview with Penny Farrell, General Manager of Soundbridge.

“I am a Gladstone local, born and raised. I have seen the highs and lows of the region and understand the challenges that confront many Gladstone families.”

Craig has a wealth of experience in business, banking and finance. In addition to working for local companies, he has owned his own sports store retail business in Gladstone, and has worked within a major Australian bank. This has given him an understanding of finance from the perspective of an employee, a business owner, and the big banking industry. Combined with his Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, his experience has positioned him to understand the challenges facing his clients, and the context of their unique financial needs.

Craig says, “I have a passion for problem solving and helping people achieve their goals. I have personally seen the tremendous impact and value that good financial advice can bring. I like to take a holistic approach to advice, ensuring all areas of your financial affairs are in line with your goals.

Each individual’s path is unique, and I learn as much from my clients as they do from me during their financial planning journey. It is music to my ears to hear directly from clients about how I have, or our firm has, had a positive impact on their lives.”
