As Operations Manager, Bonny oversees the administration processing performed by office staff, identifies areas for improvement in processing, and manages corporate governance. She manages the paraplanning department. Paraplanning involves the writing and peer review of advice documents written for clients, and ensuring internal compliance standards by keeping up to date with legislation and how it affects Soundbridge and our clients.

Bonny provides strategic advice support to advisers which includes financial modelling and research and analysis. She also handles the thoroughfare for client transactions and ensures compliance obligations are met by all staff.

Bonny has worked in the finance industry for over 11 years. She prides herself on her ability to work at a fast pace and illustrate attention to detail. She is passionate about being a part of the evolution of Soundbridge and feels a great sense of achievement when she sets a challenging task and achieves it.

In her spare time Bonny enjoys a healthy, active lifestyle living at the beach.
